When I started KB - The CPR Lady, LLC in 2017, I didn’t just want to open another training center; I wanted to change the way my community views emergency preparedness.

As a 911 First Responder and NREMT, I have spent my career on the front lines. I’ve seen the critical moments where a bystander’s quick action—or hesitation—changed the course of a life. I realized that most people don’t hesitate because they don't care; they hesitate because they haven't been given the right tools or the confidence to use them.

What began as a mission to bring high-quality, empathetic training to Indianapolis has grown into something much larger. I saw my corporate partners struggling to juggle multiple vendors for training, drug testing, and background checks. I knew there was a better way.
