ASHI's CPR and AED training course is designed specifically for laypeople, and is an excellent choice for CPR and defibrillator training in both community and workplace settings. This extremely flexible program will help prepare individuals to respond to sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and choking incidents. This CPR and AED course conforms to the 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC. Class Options Adult Intended Audience Individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers but who desire, or are required, to be certified in CPR and the use of an AED: Emergency response teams in business and industry Adult residential care personnel Teachers Parents Babysitters

Cancelation Policy

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS Classes canceled by the student within 72hrs of the scheduled class are eligible to reschedule at the instructor's availability. Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels for any reason and you do not want to reschedule for a class on a date and time of your convenience. If payment is NOT received by the invoice due date, the class will be cancelled. Students more than 10 minutes late, will have to reschedule ($50 rescheduling fee). NO SHOWS will have to pay a 1/2 class price! Students MUST reschedule within 48hrs of their missed class. WEATHER Should inclement weather conditions arise or be anticipated that would make class attendance unsafe, the Instructor may elect to cancel/reschedule classes. Instructors with teaching responsibilities are expected to make up time for canceled classes within 24 to 48hrs if possible. Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels for any reason (excluding weather related) and you do not want to reschedule for a class on a date and time of your convenience. FOR BLENDED CLASSES- Access codes will be emailed within 24 hours when classes are booked between 9:30am–5:00pm EST Monday–Friday. If a class is booked on Friday after 5pm EST, code will be emailed Monday morning.Students who did NOT complete the online portion prior to class will have to reschedule and pay a $25 rescheduling fee.
