THE ONLINE PORTION WILL BE SETUP THE SAME DAY AS REGISTRATION IF DURING BUSINESS HOURS. ONCE SETUP IS COMPLETE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM SALESFORCE (SENT BY THE ARC NOT US). CHECK YOUR INBOX/JUNK/SPAM FOLDER OR FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. Please make sure your online portion is completed before attending the in person skills checkoff. If the online portion is not completed before attending class, per our policy, you will HAVE to reschedule, which is a $25 fee. If you can not print out your certificate, please email it to us for our records. Cancellation Policy

Congratulations on taking the first step to becoming certified in a life-saving skill! Thank you and we appreciate your business! REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS Classes canceled by the student within 48hrs prior to the scheduled class are eligible to reschedule at the instructor's availability with a rescheduling fee of $25. Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels for any reason and you do not want to reschedule for a class on a date and time of your convenience. If payment is NOT received by the invoice due date, the class will be cancelled. Students more than 10 minutes late, will have to reschedule ($25 rescheduling fee). NO SHOWS will have to pay a 1/2 class price to reschedule WEATHER Should inclement weather conditions arise or be anticipated that would make class attendance unsafe, the Instructor may elect to cancel/reschedule classes. Instructors with teaching responsibilities are expected to make up time for canceled classes within 24 to 48hrs if possible. Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels for any reason (excluding weather related) and you do not want to reschedule for a class on a date and time of your convenience. FOR BLENDED CLASSES- Access codes will be emailed within 24 hours when classes are booked between 9:30am–5:00pm EST Monday–Friday. If a class is booked on Friday after 5pm EST, code will be emailed Monday morning. Students who did NOT complete the online portion prior to class will have to reschedule and pay a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled classes will be added to the website.
